April 2026 Newsletter: Record growth without a return trip

Reental Newsletter April: Record Growth and RNT.Finance
30/4/26

On April 1st, humanity returned to the Moon

Fifty years after Apollo, the Artemis II mission lifted off with four astronauts aboard the Orion capsule. They traveled further than anyone in history: 406,768 kilometers. For the first time in over half a century, they navigated around the far side of the Moon and returned to Earth in ten days. A feat that is the result of decades of work, thousands of people, and a collective conviction: that working together, the distance between the impossible and the everyday can be shortened.

And we are also on our way to the Moon, but with a difference: we will not turn back. Because the limit is not set by distance, it is set by ambition. And ours is to mark a cultural shift: that every investor understands, controls, and operates their own capital, accessing spaces where previously only large funds could reach.

This month, after April's numbers, we feel closer than ever: The best month since we exist. It's no coincidence; it's the consequence of five years executing what others are still trying to explain.

RNT.Finance: The best month in its history

April's growth didn't stop at real estate. RNT.Finance, the protocol bringing together DeFi tools for investors to maximize their capital, also had the best month in its history.

$RNT grew by +15% and its market cap surpassed $20M. Reenlever reached an all-time liquidity record: $6.5M in the pool, with 370,000 USDT still available for lending.

When the entire ecosystem grows at once, it's not a coincidence. It's a sign that the infrastructure is working. If you're not yet taking advantage of everything RNT.Finance can add to your strategy, you have two ways to start: watch the step-by-step explainer video, or schedule a meeting with an expert.

How to maximize your capital with RNT.Finance

Returns and profits for our investors

While we continue breaking records month after month, we keep returning capital and profits to our investors. And not just meeting estimates: exceeding them. In April, we closed three projects, and all three beat initial forecasts. That's the part we care about most: not promising more, but delivering better.

Punta Cana 1

Estimated annual yield: 12.01% → Actual annual yield: 12.15%
Estimated total yield: 24.02% → Actual total yield: 29.15%

Punta Cana 2

Estimated annual yield: 12.07% → Actual annual yield: 12.54%
Estimated total yield: 24.02% → Actual total yield: 30.48%

Punta Cana 3

Estimated annual yield: 12.04% → Actual annual yield: 11.97%
Estimated total yield: 24.09% → Actual total yield: 29.91%

Three closed projects, three total yields above a real 29%. That's the model. And it's called execution.

Events and community

If April was a historic month in numbers, it was also historic in presence. We attended events in Madrid, Zaragoza, and Valladolid, among others, alternating our own meetups with spaces where the conversation about digital assets and the future of the sector is being decided.

Private Wealth and SR Meetup in Madrid

After Valencia and Barcelona, it was Madrid's turn. An exclusive meetup with Wealth investors and SuperReentels where our CEO, Eric Sánchez, and part of the team shared 2025 results, the 2026 roadmap, and answered the questions only asked in private. Community isn't built with campaigns; it's built in these conversations.

World Chain 2140 Zaragoza

A mandatory stop for the Spanish crypto and blockchain ecosystem. Our Wealth Area Director, Javier Gispert, participated in the panel "Tokenized assets, real use?", and our CEO, Eric Sánchez, was invited to economist Pablo Gil's podcast. When the question is whether tokenization has real utility, the data speaks for us.

IC2 Congress - Valladolid

Innovation, construction, and the future of real estate in a single day. Javier Gispert represented Reental, bringing a perspective that still surprises the traditional development world: how tokenization can become a real financing alternative for developers. Translating blockchain language to bricks is no trivial matter. And it is increasingly well understood.

What we've seen, heard, and shared this month

When content is good, it isn't sold: it is shared. Here are the interviews and pieces we participated in during April.

What's coming

April leaves us with a record, but also a certainty: when execution is real, the numbers come on their own. Ours have been coming for five years. While others analyze the sector, we build it. While others explain tokenization in presentations, we put it into production every week.

And while the industry debates whether the future of investing is on-chain, this month alone +2,500 people registered on our platform to start experiencing what others still only promise.

Houston, I repeat: we are not turning back. We have to chart the path
