By registering on the Website as an Investor, it will be necessary for the user to provide his/her name, email and a password for the processing of the registration on the Website and to allow access to the functionalities of his/her personal account. Subsequently, the user will have to complete a KYC and AML process to be able to access the properties. Once the company has validated the user's profile, you will be able to invest in any property shown. The legal basis for the processing of such data is based on the consent of the User Investor. The data will be kept as long as the user is part of the community and is registered.

The User, registered as an Investor, can make participatory investments in Reental's promotions. For this purpose, he/she shall provide his/her financial data for payment, interacting with his/her Polygon account, debit/credit card or bank transfer, as well as other data necessary to execute the investment mandate contract. The legal basis for the processing of such data is based on the execution of the mandate contract. The retention period of the data shall be the appropriate period to fulfill the contractual obligations and, in any case, up to five years for tax purposes and to cover possible liabilities, unless other periods are applicable.

Users may, if they wish, provide their identification details and email address to subscribe to news, promotions, and notifications from Reental, in order to receive periodic communications via email or mobile device (where applicable). The legal basis for the processing of such data is the user's consent. We will retain the data as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter system; subsequently, we will block the data for three years for legal limitation purposes, after which we will delete it.

The data of a new property published in Reental may be communicated to Investors who agree to participate in the financing of a project.

The governing language of this Privacy Policy is Spanish. Any versions provided in other languages are for the user's convenience and to facilitate understanding. However, this Privacy Policy shall always be governed by its Spanish version. In the event of any discrepancy between the Privacy Policy in any other language and the Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail.
