How it works

Our Help Section: Your reliable partner for important questions and solutions in Reental

HumanWallet is a personal wallet integrated into Reental, designed so that you can invest in a simple and secure way, without the need for advanced technical knowledge. Below we explain how the security of HumanWallet works and what responsibilities you assume as a user.

What is HumanWallet?

HumanWallet is a non-custodial wallet created for use within Reental.
This means that:

  • The wallet is Only yours.
  • You maintain control of access and operations.
  • Reental Can't access, view or move your funds.

It works in a similar way to unlocking your cell phone: using biometry (fingerprint, face or PIN of the device).

How is HumanWallet protected?

HumanWallet uses access keys (passkeys), a modern security system that replaces traditional passwords.

These keys:

  • They are saved on your device or in your password manager (iCloud, Google, etc.).
  • They are unlocked only with your biometrics or device security method.
  • They are not shared with Reental or third parties.

Every time you access or authorize an operation, you do so using your biometric method, just like when you access your phone.

Where are my keys stored?

When creating HumanWallet, you choose where to store your access key:

  • Cloud password manager (recommended).
  • Personal device.
  • Physical security key (advanced users).

We recommend using iCloud or Google to be able to regain access if you change devices.

Can Reental recover my keys or accesses?

No.

  • Reental It doesn't keep copies of your keys.
  • Reental Can't recover your wallet if you lose access.
  • Reental Can't operate in your name.

This guarantees greater privacy and control, but it means that you are responsible for protecting your access.

What responsibilities do you assume as a user?

By using HumanWallet, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for keeping your device safe.
  • You are responsible for your biometric and access method.
  • You must protect your phone, computer and associated accounts (iCloud, Google, etc.).

If someone accesses your unlocked device, they could also access your wallet.

Safety Recommendations

To use HumanWallet with complete peace of mind:

  • Protect your device with a screen lock.
  • Don't share your cell phone or your biometric methods.
  • Use cloud password managers.
  • Keep your operating system up to date.
