When the market corrects, capital returns to what produces

February has reminded us once again of something the market teaches over and over: when euphoria rises, everything seems like an opportunity. But when the market corrects, capital returns to what matters. And what matters produces.

While part of the ecosystem remains trapped between cycles, narratives, and volatility, while the great experts analyze candles and measure sentiments, money is doing something much more predictable: returning to real assets with flow, utility, and structural demand.

And, what a coincidence, we are already there! And be careful, it's not that we are adapting to the market; not at all, it's the market that is reaching where we started. 😎

What previously seemed like a vision sounds inevitable today.

Real estate tokenization: the market accelerates

This month we participated alongside Inbusiness in the presentation of the 2025 Tokenization Report, an analysis that confirms something we have been building for years: real estate tokenization has stopped being a promise and has become a new layer of financial infrastructure.

The report places the tokenized real estate market on a growth trajectory that could exceed $20 billion in 2033, driven by the convergence between regulation, blockchain, DeFi, and demand for productive assets.

In this context, Reental was highlighted as a reference case for the sector, providing real experience on models that already integrate liquidity, automated rent distribution, secondary markets, and global access to capital.

This month we celebrate our 5th anniversary and the climb has only just begun.

Salta 3: $1.3M in 12 minutes

One of the highlights of the month was the funding of Salta 3, where we managed to raise $1,360,000 in just twelve minutes for a new real estate project in Argentina.

This milestone doesn't just speak about speed. It speaks of trust, global access to real assets, and what happens when technology removes friction between capital and opportunity.

The community: our true driving force

We continue to grow steadily, not only in terms of users but also in depth and commitment.

This month we reinforced our structure on Telegram by incorporating English and French channels, reflecting a clear reality: international interest in our model is accelerating.
