Reental brings on new strategic partners
Reental is announcing a partnership with Akka.app, Monte Bianco Naif, Arzalejos Real Estate, Rufinanz, and Waycapital Limited, new strategic partners with whom it has also closed a $1.7 million investment round.
Akka: global investment in benchmark startups
Akka is the first app and partner club that offers private investors access to the most exclusive startup investment opportunities in Europe and around the world, ranging from seed-stage startups to pre-IPO companies. Akka is known for presenting the most ambitious opportunities alongside top-tier networking, a large community, and the most comprehensive training on startup investing.
Like Reental, Akka provides global access to invest in companies starting at 300 euros. It has already invested in 30 companies across Europe and the United States, such as Anthropic, Perplexity, Aalo Atomics, and Strand AI, among others, spanning sectors including Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Healthtech, and B2B Software.
Monte Bianco Naif strengthens Reental's growth
The entry of Monte Bianco NAIF SICAV PLC into Reental's capital marks the addition of an institutional partner with direct experience in real estate, asset-backed debt, private equity, and Web3.
A strategic alliance that combines Reental's technological and distribution capabilities with Monte Bianco's financial expertise, institutional structuring, and international network.
Eric Sánchez: a commitment to democratizing real estate investment
For Eric Sánchez, co-founder and CEO of Reental:
"This round funds and confirms a core idea and philosophy: democratizing access to real estate investment by leveraging the capabilities provided by blockchain technology and the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA) is the right path for the present and the future. To achieve this, we must have partners who understand and share this same philosophy, such as Akka and Monte Bianco."
Driving national and international growth
Reental plans to dedicate the investment to the organization's operational development and to bringing in new talent to help expand the business nationally and internationally, democratizing access to investment in tokenized real estate projects for new clients.
Akka bets on the Reental model
Javier Desantes, co-founder and CEO of Akka Spain, notes that:
"Akka has been following Reental for some time, and its evolution has been clear: from well-focused ambition to a benchmark position in real estate tokenization. We are convinced by its combination of technology and profitability with consistent execution, and a model where greater volume and quality of projects create more value for everyone.
We see a natural fit with Akka: we share the importance of community, accessible and secure investment, and a culture of transparency and investor focus. For all these reasons, we believe Reental is opening up a new way to invest in real estate: simpler, more aligned, and with greater reach."
