If there's one thing we learned from the Formula 1 event in Madrid (the new Madring), it's that overtaking wasn't easy for the drivers. The physical circuit had its limits, friction was high, and the cars' speed was sometimes forced down by the very layout of the track.
The traditional real estate system works exactly the same way: slowed down, full of intermediaries and with no room for the everyday investor to overtake. But we don't race on that track. The spectacular, fast funding close of our Madrid 7 project proved that we move at a different speed.
