On the 63rd floor of this very tall tower, the following operation is being carried out: two adjoining apartments have been purchased to be combined into one, refurbished and sold. For this project, Reental expects to distribute an annualized gross return of 16% or 300,000 dollars in total to be distributed to all investors, depending on the money provided by each one. The sale of the Burj Khalifa apartment is expected to close in 18 months. This is the 95th real estate transaction financed by the platform, which has been operating since 2021 and has 22,500 users.

All users of the platform can invest, but priority access is given to the most loyal users and those who invest the most in projects. The minimum contribution is 100 euros, so any saver could access this type of real estate transaction.
