How to use your returns?

At Reental, we have an exciting opportunity to multiply your investments and harness the power of compound interest.

Every end of the month you will have the returns on your investments available.
👉 Keep in mind that some properties generate monthly returns and others don't.

If you're ready to grow your funds, follow these simple steps:

1 ️ № Access Reental and Connect your wallet

• Log in to your account and connect your wallet.
• Click on “My Investments” or in “Manage” Inside the painting “Benefits to apply for”.

2 ️ № Go to the “Performances” tab

Here you can see all the options you have available with your winnings.

3 ️ № Choose what to do with your returns

You have several alternatives:

💎 Reinvest everything (most commonly used option):

• Your funds go to our Vault, where they will be ready to reinvest in a next property.
• It has no tax withholding.
• To do this: click “Request everything” →”Reinvest”.

📌 When the The transaction is completed, you'll see your investment in:
“My Investments” → “My Projects”.

➡️ Once in the Vault, click “Reinvest”. This will take you to the available properties screen:

Choose the project wherever you want to use your funds.
*The minimum purchase is 0.1 tokens.

Select the tab “Reinvest”, enter the balance, confirm both checks and click “Buy”.

When the transaction is complete, you can see your investment in:
“My Investments” → “My Projects”.

💵 Claim everything (with tax withholding):

1. You receive the USDT directly in your wallet for use inside or outside of Reental.
2. To do this: click “Request everything” → “Claim”.
3. Sign the transaction at MetaMask (you will need POL to pay for gas).
4. And voila, you'll have your Available USDT that you can use by transferring them to your MetaMask Card.

📌 Remember: This option has tax withholding depending on your country of residence.

1. Leave it there and accumulate outstanding funds for when we make a decision about what to do with them.
2. Reinvest or claim individually to choose what to do with each return received.

1. You can see all the details of your performance on this screen, or download the data in a .csv if you prefer to import it into an excel for your accounting.

Example of Growth with Compound Interest

Let's look at a concrete example: if you invest €30,000 in one of our properties now, you would receive approximately €2,943 in dividends annually. In 4 years, your investment would generate an estimated profit of 11,772€, in addition to the capital gain generated with the sale of the property, which would be approximately 1,461€.

But this is where the magic of compound interest comes into play. If you reinvest your profits, you will add an additional 2,573€ to the return in those 4 years. This is equivalent to earning an additional year of operation completely free of charge. This way, your annual profit percentage will increase, from approximately 10% to an impressive 12%.
