Why does my wallet appear as “locked”?

Sometimes we access our Reental account and we may find an image similar to this:

What can I do then?

Easy, the first thing is to make sure that you have entered with the email you normally enter, since a wallet is blocked when it is associated with another user. You can check this in the “SETTINGS” -->"Profile” section.

Let me give you an example:

My regular email address is”hola@reental.co” and whitelisteo/I verify the “wallet 1" to buy properties in Spain, that is, I only request the GLOBAL one, so “Wallet 1" is associated with" hola@reental.co”.

A while later I enter another email "carmen@reental.co" and I see that I don't have my verified wallet so I try to add it and only let me add the one from the USA, why? , well, because I have already added GLOBAL to another user before and that's why it appears to me BLOCKED.

If you don't know what email address that wallet is associated with, you just have to send me to hola@reental.co your wallet to check it and get rid of doubts.
