How to invest in US real estate?

Hello Reental, I'm here to tell you the steps you need to take to invest in a property in the USA through Reental. First, you must have completed your KYC process correctly. This is a mandatory requirement for all properties, not just those in the USA. Second, you need to have a wallet. If you don't have one yet, you can use this video as a guide. Third, you should follow these written instructions or watch the video I'm providing below:

Access https://www.reental.co/ and go to your profile.
 

Once inside, you should connect your wallet using the button at the top right, you will click on 'Wallets'.

Here, you should identify the wallet you normally use and click on it.

The green dot indicates which wallet is currently connected to Reental and the one you can verify.

If you have multiple wallets and want to switch, just open Metamask and click where it says 'Connected,' as shown in the image.

The available wallets will open, you just need to click on 'Switch to this account' to change the wallet you want to connect to Reental.

In this step, you should look for where it says 'USA'. Here, the status will appear as 'Not Requested,' and if you have previously added a wallet, it will appear as 'Added' under 'Global,' as shown in the following image. Here, you need to click on 'View contract' and then on 'I accept' to request verification.

Next, you will receive a notification in Metamask to sign the contract mentioned earlier. Just click 'Sign,' and you're all set; the contract is now signed.

Now you have requested approval for your wallet to buy USA tokens.

Once approved, you can purchase the tokens following the usual procedure. In this video, we show you how to do it. REMEMBER that USA tokens cost $100, and you can invest with crypto (BNB, USDT, BUSD... on the BSC network) or by bank transfer. This is still a manual process, so its approval may take up to 48 business hours.
